A severe thunderstorm outbreak over Southern Ontario

A line of severe thunderstorms roared eastward across southern and
Central Ontario Thursday afternoon and evening. There were numerous
reports of torrential downpours intense lightning and funnel clouds
from this line. In the gta rainfall amounts out of this line was on
average reported around 30 mm.
Reports of severe or near severe weather events and/or damage
received by Environment Canada as of 2.00 AM are found in the table
below.
